Our mattress is ready to sleep on 5 minutes after unpacking. However, those extra sensitive to smells may want to air out the mattress for 2 hours before use.
All our mattress have a limited warranty of 10 years.
Unfortunately no, the mattresses are not washable.
Unfortunately no, at this stage Minocasa has not yet set up its retail stores within the United States.
Typically it would take up to 5-8 working days to receive your mattress at location by using our Express fulfillment. This is however, subject to delay to current courier delivery schedules.
You may sign up to our newsletter and/or first shopper discount form to be notified first of limited discount event and activities. Discounts range up to 30% during selected campaigns over the year.

Yes, rest assured. All our mattresses are certified with CERTI-PUR US and OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 to ensure environmentally friendly manufacturing and ensures your mattress is made without the use of any harmful substances.

In order to unbox the mattress correctly:
1. Move the boxed mattress (with 2 people) to the right location for use.
2. Unbox your mattress.
3. Unroll your mattress (be careful, due to compression, the mattress may unroll quicker than expected).
4. Position the mattress on desired area and cut open the plastic wrapping using the included cutting card.
5. Watch the mattress expand in a matter of minutes.
6. Enjoy you sleep.
Pillows
Yes, our white patterned pillow cases are included with your order.
Yes, the pillow cases are washable.
The pillows are suitable for every sleeping position, no matter if you are a front-, back-, or side sleeper.
No, you don't need additional pillow cases. However, feel free to browse as we do sell bedding sets which include pillow cases.
Yes, they are. Simply open the pillow up using the zipper located on the side of the pillow and add/remove as much filling to suit your personal comfort.
Unfortunately no, at this moment Minocasa does not have a retail store located within the UNited States for you to test out our products.
Our product generally doesn't have any odors as we manufacture our product using organic, environmentally friendly or certified materials. In the even of a slight odor however, let the product air out for 2 hours to dissapate.

The difference is found in the return process, customer service & service area. Any and all orders made via Amazon will have to be resolved via Amazon customer service. As for the service area, Canada as well as Mexico are included within their service area for Minocasa.

At this moment, Minocasa is available in the United States only. However we do make exceptions for wholesale and distributors. In this case, please reach out to our customer service so that we may assist you as well as possible.
All items may ship separately. You will receive a FedEx Ground tracking email for each item as it ships out. The FedEx tracking information linked in the email will automatically update with the most accurate estimated delivery date as it travels to your home.
