Many of our Minocasa Home & Living items have a limited warranty, some of which are up to 10 years. Please check on our product page(s) the applicable limited warranty of your product(s). In order to be eligible for your return, please ensure you register your item with our Online Warranty Registration form.
1. Contact our Customer Service via email or website Live Chat with to request a return or refund.
2. Attach or submit proof of purchase documentation and the reason for returning the item. After we have confirmed the information, we will provide you with additional instructions to ensure the correct handling of your return request.
3. After having received the item returned, and the item has been deemed again sellable by our fulfillment center (Amazon warehouse), we will process your return request. Depending upon your bank and/or creditor, refunds should appear in your bank account within 1-2 business days.
Due to the sizing and costs involved with fulfillment of sales made on www.minocasa.com, orders that have been placed but have remained unfulfilled until cancellation was requested, will not be subject to additional fees.
If an order needs to returning due to having provided an incorrect shipping address or selecting a wrong size, the customer shall be solely responsible for all costs incurred in connection with such return, including but not limited to shipping and handling fees. Minocasa may, at its sole discretion, choose to cover some or all of these costs, but shall have no obligation to do so.
