Shipping, Handling & Return Policy 

• The products presented are currently made available for purchase in the United States only.

• In the event of a request for shipping outside of the current service area, you can contact Minocasa Customer Support to inquire about shipments outside of the currently set up service area.

• Orders with a shipping address to remote regions may be charged with an extra shipping fee, depending on the distance from our fulfillment center, and ability to deliver.

• Please note that we offer a limited warranty on selected items. In the event that you are unsatisfied and require a refund or exchange, please contact our Customer Support to inform us about the issue, and to resolve the situation as time efficiently as possible.

• Our current options for order delivery:

Free Shipping: Your order is expected to reach the stipulated delivery address in a time frame of 3 to 8 business days.

Expedited Shipping: Apologies for the inconvenience caused, but at the moment we do not offer priority shipping.

Priority Shipping: Apologies for the inconvenience caused, but at the moment we do not offer priority shipping.

Please be advised that instances of force majeure, such as natural catastrophes or public holiday traffic peaks, may induce a postponement of your order deliveries.

In circumstances where Expedited Shipping or Priority Shipping requests have not been fulfilled as expected, you have the right to apply for reimbursement of the corresponding supplementary shipping charges

Remote Region Orders

Remote region orders may be charged with an extra delivery fee by FedEx or UPS, depending upon the distance to the destination.

Non-delivery Areas

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or Military APO/FPO addresses are not in our delivery zone at the moment, but we are working to support these areas soon.

Additional Charge Situation

We encourage you to check your delivery address details carefully before submitting an order. In the event that there is a need for address change while the order is delivering, please notify our Customer Service as soon as possible. Additional service fees may be charged per shipment, depending on the specific circumstances.

Product Orders by Mistake

It is solely up to the discretion of Minocasa, whether or not to provide a full or partial refund in the event of a mistakenly ordered product.
