• Orders placed on our website will be shipped using Amazon Fulfillment (MCF) and shipped via their chosen logistics company, depending on availability, at the discretion of Minocasa, and delivered to the intended location within 5 - 8 business days.

Remote Region Orders
Remote region orders may be charged with an extra delivery fee by FedEx or UPS, depending upon the distance to the destination.
Non-delivery Areas
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or Military APO/FPO addresses are not in our delivery zone at the moment, but we are working to support these areas soon.
Additional Charge Situation
We encourage you to check your delivery address details carefully before submitting an order. In the event that there is a need for address change while the order is delivering, please notify our Customer Service as soon as possible. Additional service fees may be charged per shipment, depending on the specific circumstances.
