The continued health and safety of our customers and employees is our first priority. Due to COVID-19 related conditions, deliveries of our Minocasa products' shipping may be delayed by up to 15 days.
• The products presented are available for purchase in the United States only.
• Orders from remote region may be charged an extra shipping fee, depending on the distance from our fulfillment center and the intended delivery address.
• Please note that we offer a limited warranty on select items. In the event that you are unsatisfied and require a refund or exchange, please contact our Customer Support to inform us about the issue in order to resolve the situation as best possible.
• In the event return for any other reason than stated above, Minocasa will not be held accountable for providing a refund, return label or other costs resulting into the request for return.
• Orders placed on our website will be shipped for free using Amazon Fulfillment or standard FedEx shipping, depending on availability and at the discretion of Minocasa, and delivered to intended location within 5 - 8 business days.
• We currently do not charge customs duties.
Remote Region Orders
Remote region orders will be charged an extra delivery fee by FedEx or UPS, depending upon the distance to the destination.
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands or to Military APO/FPO addresses are not in our delivery zone at the moment, but we are working to support these areas soon.
Additional Charge Situation
We encourage you to check your delivery address details carefully before submitting and order. In the event where there is a need of address change while the order is delivering, please notify our Customer Service as soon as possible. An additional service fees may be charged with a maximum of up to $40 per shipment, depending on the specific circumstances.
Product Orders by Mistake
It is solely up to the discretion of Minocasa, whether or not to provide in a full or partial refund in the event of a mistakenly ordered product.
