Shipping

The products offered on minocasa.com are presently restricted to deliveries within the United States of America.

For the dispatch of products to a delivery addresses outside the United States of America, we invite you to engage our Customer Support Team.

Orders that specify a remote location as their final destination may necessitate supplementary charges related to shipping, contingent upon the remoteness of the destination from our distribution centre and the logistical feasibility of delivery.

We wish to notify you of the availability of a limited warranty for a period of 100 days. Should you encounter dissatisfaction warranting the invocation of warranty rights, we encourage you to reach out to our Customer Support Department via Live Chat or email. This facilitates efficient problem identification and resolution.

Purchases made on our platform will be dispatched either via Amazon Fulfilment (MCF) or through our preferred method of dispatch from our warehouse. The choice of the carrier for your order to the provided shipping address will be at our sole discretion and/or Amazon's.

Our current options for order delivery

Order Placement: Please allow for one (1) day of order processing, then;

Free Shipping: Your order is expected to reach the stipulated delivery address in a time frame of 6 to 14 business days.

Expedited Shipping: Your order is expected to reach the stipulated delivery address in a time frame of 3 to 5 business days.

Please be advised that instances of force majeure, such as natural catastrophes or public holiday traffic peaks, may induce a postponement of your order deliveries.

In circumstances where Expedited Shipping requests have not been fulfilled as expected, you have the right to apply for reimbursement of the corresponding supplementary shipping charges.

Special Order Statement

Remote Region Orders Remote region orders may be charged with an extra delivery fee, depending upon the distance to destination.

Non-delivery Areas For now, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or Military APO/FPO delivery addresses are not in our service area, but we are actively working to support these areas soon.

Additional Charge Situation We encourage you to check your delivery address details carefully before submitting an order. In the event that there is a need for an address change, whilst the order is delivering, please notify our Customer Service via Email or Live Chat as soon as possible. At the discretion of Minocasa, an additional service fee may be charged to you per shipment, depending on the specific circumstances.

Product Orders by Mistake It is solely up to the discretion of Minocasa, to provide customers with a full or partial refund in the event of a mistakenly placed order / when a product is no longer needed.

Returns

We offer a 100 day limited warranty on selected items, if you are not satisfied with the product(s), you may return them within 100 days of ordering. In the event of a return, please contact our Minocasa Customer Support Team, as they would gladly assist you with this process. It is our intention to respond to all queries within a period of 48 hours. However, please be cognizant of potential delays that might occur during public holidays and other periods of high volume activity.

Returning your Item(s)

1. Contact our Customer Service Team via telephone call, email form, or Live chat with the request to return an item.

2. Attach or submit proof of purchase in the form of documentation and the reason why the return is requested. After a quick confirmation of the information provided, we will instruct you how to correctly handle the return process from your end.

Please note, that in the event of a return of item(s), the specific item(s) will be requested to be shipped to a warehouse location and will need to be further inspected for quality and/or resell-ability.

3. After having received the returned items, and the items have been deemed sell-able by our fulfilment center's inspection staff, we will process your return.

Depending on your bank or creditor, refunds should appear in your bank account within 1-2 business days.

Items returned/cancelled due to incorrect order(s).

Orders that have been duly placed on Minocasa.com which have remained unprocessed or unfulfilled at the time of a cancellation request, shall be exempt from any charges or additional fees imposed in connection with their cancellation.

In the event that an order necessitates return due to the provision of an inaccurate address, the ordering of an incorrect item, or reasons attributable to the customer, the customer shall assume sole responsibility for all costs incurred as a result of said return/cancellation, including but not limited to fees associated with shipping, handling and processing. Minocasa retains the right, at its absolute discretion, to choose whether to partially or fully cover these expenses; nevertheless, it is under no obligation to do so.
