Do you offer free shipping? +
Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase required.
How long does delivery take? +
Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days from the ship date. Oversized items like sectionals, dining sets, and mattresses may take 5-10 business days via freight delivery. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
What is your return policy? +
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. For damaged or defective items, return shipping is free. For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping.
Do you charge sales tax? +
No, we do not charge sales tax on any order. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.
Do you ship internationally? +
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not ship to international destinations, PO boxes, or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
How do I track my order? +
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. For freight deliveries on oversized items, our logistics team will contact you to schedule a delivery window.
What if my item arrives damaged? +
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Do not discard the original packaging until the claim is resolved.
Can I cancel my order? +
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they ship. Once an order has shipped, it must be returned following our standard return process. To cancel, email support@minocasa.com as soon as possible.
Do you offer assembly instructions? +
Yes, all furniture that requires assembly includes detailed instructions in the package. Most items can be assembled with basic tools in 30-60 minutes. Some larger pieces may require two people.
What materials are your outdoor furniture made from? +
Our outdoor furniture uses weather-resistant materials including powder-coated aluminum frames, UV-resistant PE wicker, solid teak wood, and waterproof HDPE plastic. These materials are chosen for durability in sun, rain, and temperature changes.
