Order Placement: Please allow for one (1) day of order processing, then;
Free Shipping: Your order is expected to reach the stipulated delivery address in a time frame of 6 to 14 working days.
Expedited Shipping: Your order is expected to reach the stipulated delivery address in a time frame of 3 to 5 working days.

Our mattresses are made Malaysia or Taiwan.
No, they do not.
Our fire barrier is made from a combination of cellulose and polyethylene terephtalate, these two are sufficient enough to not have to make use of silica rayon.
This combination is up to CFR 1633 standards, vegan friendly and hypoallergenic.
Our mattresses a delivered compressed, and can be slept on after unwrapping in about 2 minutes.
Please note that decompression while unwrapping could occur fast.
Also, please note that our mattresses may take up to 72 hours to completely decompress.
No, our premium mattresses are made with organic materials and adhesives. This means that after unwrapping your item, you'd be experiencing very little to no smells and the mattress is practically ready to sleep on after expanding.
We would like to note that expansion of the mattress may take up to 72 hours.
A "mattress-in-a-box" means that the mattress has been compressed and vaccuum sealed at the factory, and boxed up to ensure the most convenient method of transportation before use.
Mattresses may be stored for up to several months at our warehouse before being shipped to location and we would like to NOTE to be cautious when unwrapping as mattresses may expand faster than expected when exposed to air.

Yes, all of our items are OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 and / or CertiPUR® US certified to ensure the highest standards.
